      Transformational Coach & Speaker

For the past two decades, I’ve guided individuals in living, leading, and loving with courage, authenticity, and empathy.

COLLABORATION FOR THE MOST IMPACT

I confess to being a bit of a geek when it comes to personal growth and living into our best selves.

As your guest, my job is to bring value to your community, which is why I see this as a process of co-creation.

We're both here to make a difference, help people feel seen and offer insights and tools that will help them live a better life.

SIGNATURE TOPICS

Perfectionism, often misunderstood, prevents many remarkable individuals from being visible, leading effectively, and forging meaningful connections. At its heart, it's driven not by a quest for excellence but by a fear of judgment.

Delve into the myths surrounding perfectionism, understand its true costs, such as procrastination and a fear of visibility, and learn about effective antidotes.

Moving beyond perfectionism doesn't mean compromising standards—it means embracing the freedom to thrive.

The quality of our lives depends on our courage to speak about things that matter.

From delivering feedback and setting boundaries to expressing opinions and sharing emotions, these crucial conversations require courage.

Dive into the common barriers and discover effective tools that will equip you to contemplate, prepare, and engage in conversations that change us, fostering deeper trust and stronger connections at work and beyond.

Empathy in leadership is a delicate balance: too much can overwhelm leaders and dilute effectiveness, while too little may lead to employee burnout and disengagement.

I believe empathy and accountability are not mutually exclusive. However, in practice, leaders seem to be forced to choose one over the other.

How can we navigate this complex terrain? What does empathy look like at work and at home? How do we drive results and foster a supportive yet productive workplace environment?

Can we be brave and true to ourselves? When setbacks shake our confidence and make us want to retreat, how do we stand firm?

Courage is not innate; it’s a skill set and practice that we can develop. However, we have to bust some deep-rooted myths and create a structure to support our daring. We explore the relationship between courage and vulnerability and how to deal with critics, self-critics and setbacks.

In the world of perfectionism, scarcity, and uncertainty, we need to learn to face life with strong backs and open hearts.

Let's work together

If your audience wants to unlock their full leadership potential, learn how to navigate perfectionism, master the art of courageous conversations, and support people without burning out, I would love to be your guest.
